eCom eCom Signs Agreement with Image Soft, Inc.
Joint Marketing and Sales Effort to Promote Integrated
Solutions and Stand Alone Products
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 18, 2002--Today R.C. Wilson, President of eCom eCom.com, Inc. (OTCBB:ECEC - news), announced that eCom eCom has entered into a teaming agreement with Image Soft, Inc. of Brooksville, Florida under which the two companies will work together to market innovative compression technology. Through a joint effort, business opportunities will be identified and pursued with the intent of entering into agreements for the provision of Image Soft's and eCom eCom's respective product and service offerings. The agreement includes a structure for revenue sharing between the two companies.
Image Soft specializes in the marketing and sale of data management software and compression algorithms for integration into existing or newly developed applications, infrastructure or combinations of hardware and software systems. These integrated systems pertain to government, commercial and medical off-site archiving, disaster recovery, managed hosting, broadcast/streaming, and entertainment marketplaces.

In particular, eCom eCom will benefit from Image Soft's nationwide sales force of 500 people who will now be available to promote our products."

In other news, the company learned this week that the hearing pertaining to its suit with Impact Imaging Inc. (III) has been rescheduled for April 22, 2002. "Due to the impending legal actions with our compaction technology provider, we have been forced to delay implementing previously announced agreements," said Panaia. "Our compaction agreement partners have been patiently waiting to move forward once our litigation with III has been resolved."
