eCom eCom Signs Marketing Agreement with Plugin Technologies

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - May 23, 2002 -- Today David J. Panaia, CEO of eCom eCom.com, Inc. (OTCBB:ECEC), announced that eCom eCom has entered into a strategic marketing agreement with Plugin Technologies of the United Kingdom. Plugin Technologies specializes in promoting innovative technology products to consumers and businesses through well-established global affiliate marketing programs.

"With the addition of Plugin Technologies and its 57,000 affiliates to our team, eCom eCom continues to structure a network of marketing and business alliances that will help us initiate a world-wide rollout strategy and sales program for our technology products, beginning with MyPhotoZip™," said Panaia. "Plugin Tech's unique affiliate program is the first of several marketing initiatives planned for the roll-out of MyPhotoZip™. We have broadened our target audience to include the European and Asian markets, which we believe are very lucrative opportunities for us. These recent developments clearly demonstrate that eCom eCom is making significant progress and that we are focused more than ever on implementing our business plan to become a leader in the development and marketing of high-compression technology products."

MyPhotoZip™ is the company's first "stand alone" product that showcases a superior, high compression encoding technology developed by one of its European strategic alliance partners. This new compression technology is extremely versatile and can be incorporated into existing software applications. eCom eCom anticipates receiving an upgraded version of MyPhotoZip™ by next week and plans to have the technology ready for market within three weeks.

"MyPhotoZip™ is a must-have software application that saves time, money and disk space by allowing the everyday computer user to download very large image files quickly," said Panaia. "Excluding anti-virus programs, we believe that MyPhotoZip™ is the most important add-on application tool that every computer system needs, and we plan to get this message out."

In other corporate news, the company filed a counter claim in a Maryland court against Impacting Imaging Inc. (III). This action replaces a similar suit filed earlier in Florida courts stemming from III's failure to meet the delivery requirements of its contract with eCom eCom. The company remains confident that it will ultimately prevail in its case with III. The litigation with III is the sole ongoing legal action involving eCom eCom as all other lawsuits have been settled.
